Dear Kitty -
Just spent yesterday celebrating one yr of sobriety. I am very happy. I think I am ready to have a drink on a social occasion. My girlfriends asked me to go out with them this weekend. I have done so well. I really want to. My sponsor told me that need to stay away. I know you post about drinking etc, but wasn't sure if you actually drank or have battled with alcohol. I need an outsiders perspective.
